At HEARTIE, we understand that when you place an order, you’re placing your trust in us. That’s why we treat every order with care and attention — from grooming creams to paw cleaners, we deliver your pet’s essentials with love and safety.

How does the delivery process work? Once your order is confirmed on www.heartie.in, it enters our secure processing system:

  1. Your product is inspected and checked for quality, freshness, and shelf life.
  2. It is then eco-packaged using sustainable and secure materials to ensure no leaks or damage.
  3. Finally, your parcel is handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners.

They’ll bring the order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. If there are any issues reaching your address or coordinating delivery, the partner will contact you directly to find the best time and way to complete your delivery.

How are HEARTIE items packaged? At HEARTIE, we are committed to sustainability and product safety.

  • We use eco-friendly cardboard packaging made from recycled materials.
  • Wherever possible, we opt for paper-based fillers over bubble wrap.
  • Our bottles and pouches are sealed securely to avoid spillage or damage.

We’re constantly working to reduce plastic use and increase recyclability across our packaging chain — because we care about your pets and the planet.

Where do we deliver? HEARTIE currently delivers across pan-India to most pincodes serviced by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding globally!

How can I track my order? Once your order is placed:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
  • You can also visit the “My Orders” section on our website to view order status and track delivery in real time.

What is the estimated delivery time? We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 working days
  • Tier 2/3 towns and rural areas: 4–7 working days

Will my order arrive in multiple shipments? Yes, that can happen — and it’s completely normal.

  • You will only be charged shipping once
  • You will receive tracking info for each shipment
  • Your pets’ care needs will all reach you safely — just in separate parcels

Are there shipping charges on my order? We offer free and flexible shipping based on your cart value> INR 500. For orders below INR 500, a flat INR 40 would be charged as a shipping fee for order from anywhere in India. Prepaid orders are always preferred and processed faster.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but it’s in the works! Currently, we ship only within India, to all serviceable PIN codes.
