This policy governs the terms of payments, returns, and refunds for purchases made on www.heartie.in, operated by Anchor Crown International, the proprietor of the HEARTIE brand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

- COD is available for orders between ₹249 and ₹50,000
- COD may not be available in certain remote pincodes
- COD orders may be verified by phone/email before dispatch
- Payment Security: All payments on www.heartie.in are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
- Order Confirmation:You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS once your payment is successfully processed. In the case of failed payments, please retry using a different method or contact customer support.

- Return & Refund Policy: We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your HEARTIE product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions mentioned below.
- Return Eligibility: You may request a return if:
(i.) You received a wrong, damaged, expired, or defective product
(ii.) The product is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact
(iii.) The return is requested within 7 days from the date of delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return: Email us at support@heartie.in or WhatsApp at +919266098033 with your order ID, reason for return, and photo of the item (if applicable). Our team will assess and initiate a reverse pickup where feasible. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product. Shipping cost will be reimbursed upon submission of courier receipt (up to a limit).
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to:
(i.) The original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
(ii.) In case of COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (we will collect account details)
b. Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within:
3–5 business days after return item reaches us and passes quality check
7–10 business days total from return initiation, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order until it is dispatched by emailing support@heartie.in or through the “My Orders” page (if available). Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery under eligible conditions
